Ingredients:

Jaggery

250 gms sweet potatoes

100/150 gms wheat flour

2 tsp. cream

1 tsp. curd

Cardamom powder

Grated coconut

Ghee for frying

Baking soda a pinch

For Syrup:

75 gms sugar

Cardamom powder

METHOD:

Boil sweet potatoes, peel and mash. Add flour as required. Add sugar and kneed it tight. Then add curd and cream and kneed it again. Add baking soda and make balls and fry it in oil.

Make the syrup with the above ingrediants and dip the fried balls in the syrup and then roll it on the dessicated coconut.

BENEFITS:

Sweet potatoes has natural sweetness and ample fibre. Compared to the milk mava/Chenna/Paneer, sweet potato is tastier.
