Dessicated Coconut, sugar, dry fruits, pinch of nutmeg powder
Soak aseriyas in water for two hours. Grate dates in milk, add soaked aseriyas and bring it to a boil. Add sugar, mixed dry fruits, dessicated coconut and nutmeg powder. Ayurvedickheer is ready.
Asaliya is full of calcium and hence beneficial for the bones by avoiding hairline cracks. Iron content too is very high. Helps in controlling weight due to the presence of folic acid in it.
