Ginger, salt and curd
Heat Ghee, add cumin, bay leaf, clove, red chillies, curry leaves. Then add cleaned and washed bhatua leaves and corn roughly gound. Add ginger, salt curt and water. Cook for 10 minutes. Top it over with ghee.
Corn, bhatua leaves and ghee works as detox for the body. Has carbohydrates and is gluten free.
