Raggi (Millet) Flour
Grind all the fruits to pulp. Mix ragi flour in ghee jaggery syrup and roast it. Mix milk and boil till it gets thick. Add the fruit pulp.
Necessary vitamins and minerals from the above various fruits are all necessary for the body. Same is easily digestible and helps keep illness at bay.
