2 nos. ripe banana
½ bowl milk
½ bowl wheat flour soaked
1 tbs sugar
½ tsp cinamom and cardamom powder
Chopped dry fruits
Mash the over ripe bananas, add sugar, cardamom and cinnamon powder, milk and mix well, add soaked wheat flour and make a batter and make pan cakes on a flat tava with little oil.
For serving decorate it with banana small pieces, dry fruits, fresh grated coconut.
Full of vitamin B12. Soaked wheat flour has immense calcium. Gives instant energy and good for children.
