Sieve the pulp of the baelpatra fruit. Mix well ghee, sugar and organic jaggery. Add the sieved pulp and the required quantity of maize flour. Allow the mixture to cook on a low flame. Remove it in a flat Thali and allow it to cool. Cut bite size pieces
