Dessicated Coconut, sugar, dry fruits, pinch of nutmeg powder

 

METHOD

Soak aseriyas in water for two hours. Grate dates in milk, add soaked aseriyas and bring it to a boil. Add sugar, mixed dry fruits, dessicated coconut and nutmeg powder. Ayurvedickheer is ready.

 

BENEFITS

Asaliya is full of calcium and hence beneficial for the bones by avoiding hairline cracks. Iron content too is very high. Helps in controlling weight due to the presence of folic acid in it. Itskeep the body warm, if consumed in winters. This pudding helps in digestion and is helpful in increasing height.
