UK 'shodh yatra' - a journey of exploration

A shodh yatra is both a journey into and a search for knowledge, creativity and innovations at the grassroots level. The UK shodh yatra will be an attempt on the part of the Honey Bee Network and related organisations to reach out to individuals and communities in the North East with a firm belief that hardship and challenges are the prime motivators of creativity and innovations. We will try to unearth examples of grassroots innovations that benefit the lives of people and contribute towards the environment in which they live. The shodh yatra will be a journey of mutual exchange and a sharing of knowledge - whatever knowledge and practices that we have pooled in over the years, will be shared with individuals and communities during the walk.
