: In conventionally, tire re-treading was being carried out through steam based heating system using fire woods. This system needs at least 1.5 tons of fire woods to cure a 14 kg of matrix (heavy duty matrix weighs up to 80 kg) and for proper vulcanizing the matrix needs the temperature of 150 degree Celsius.
